Continue reading

That viral Ah Wing video
My Malaysian friends are crazy about this short youtube movie depicting the everyday life of Ah Wing – Malaysia’s #1 Salesman. It’s so funny it makes me wonder, what did Ah Wing do to the salespeople in the other shops ??? He must have spiked their drinks and then stash them somewhere ! Poor salespeople… or maybe… all the shops are owned by Ah Wing’s boss , so it doesn’t really matter! Smart! Continue reading
New on my karaoke repertoire : Cinta Lahir Batin
Cintaku hanya kamu, cinta merah..merah jambu ^^
Rinduku hanya kamu, rindu hangat..hangat kuku
Lihat pohon pisang, bila berbuah hanya sekali…
Itulah cintaku yang takkan mungkin terbagi-bagi
Cheesy ? Yes ! But very very catchy!
Who’d guessed that Hubby was Nia Lavenia’s biggest fan. He thought she was the cutest woman ever alive in the 1990s, well I think she’s alright , of course I’m cuter ^_^. So to entertain annoy Hubby, I’ve been singing this song repeatedly and I shall bring it to the karaoke rooms too ! Continue reading
Continue reading

Intermezzo : Kagonekoshiro
These four Japanese kittehs are hilarious ! They’re very calm, very balanced, meditative with great esprit de corps. All for one and one for all ! It seems Shiro (the white cat) is the leader of the pack, and he also happens to be the funniest (albeit laziest) one of them all. Shiro with stacked … Continue reading
Taman Sari – The Water Castle
Our train arrived in Jogjakarta at 4.00 am, I was half asleep so hubby literally dragged me out of the train into the family’s car and off we went to Magelang. After several hours of rest, our first destination was the Taman Sari a.k.a the Water Castle in Jogjakarta. What is it? Taman Sari was the bathing place for the Sultans and his family in the old days. It was very intricately designed to pull clear fresh water from the ground and unlike your regular bath tubs, Taman Sari is much bigger, as the name implies, Taman Sari also serves as the royal garden. Basically, it’s the royal family’s spa. Going there isn’t as easy as jumping out of your bed into your bathroom, you have to follow a maze-like tunnels to get there. Continue reading
